Fibre-reinforced cement-based building boards, which are compatible with nature, have high performance, flat and decorative texture, are multi-purpose building boards with flat surface consisting of cement and fibre mixture.
USAGE ADVANTAGESØ Different decorative textures are available. Ø With its appearance and structural features, it offers different architectural and structural solutions from foundation to roof in buildings. Ø It contributes to the energy efficiency of buildings. Ø It is applied with mechanical assembly on the principle of ventilated curtain wall system. Ø It can be easily used in renovation projects due to its light weight and long life. Ø It can be used as a finishing material with paint, surface coating and wallpapers. Ø It has high impact resistance compared to gypsum-containing boards. Ø It can be used as the bottom plate of interior and exterior cladding materials. It allows it to be used as a floor covering sub-plate. Ø Can be used as ceramic tile substrate on wet surfaces. Ø Contributes to heat and sound insulation. Ø It is resistant to seasonal changes. Ø It is resistant to the effects of sun rays. Ø Resistant against water and moisture. Ø Environmentally friendly, does not contain asbestos. Ø Odourless and does not emit harmful gases.does not cause insects, decay, mould. | DESIGN CRITERIAØ Maintains its dimensional stability and durability even when wet (water absorption <9% after 24 hours), especially in environments with high humidity and moisture, even in areas completely exposed to water. Ø Its specially treated surface prevents damage to the plate. Resistant against mould and fungi with its high pH value (12). Ø High density. With 42 N/mm2 Brinell Hardness value, the surface is resistant to scratching, cracking and abrasion. Ø It has a tile carrying capacity of 50 kg/m2 in 300×300 mm tile applications. In applications made with profiles, the axis spacing should be adjusted not to exceed 400 mm. Non-flammability class of cement based boards is A2-s1,d0. Ø Due to its high mass density, it is used as sound insulation system in noisy environments. Ø It protects its performance against mould and fungus in contact with water, but the material should not be considered as waterproofing material. Ø The carrier system of the product used in environments with high humidity and moisture should be made of thicker galvanised metal profiles that will show the same resistance. |
