1.      TAPES

1.1.            JOINT TAPE

Joint tape is a self- adhesive fibreglass tape used on plasterboard joints and in the construction of plasterboard partition walls, dry- lining and suspended ceiling systems.

1.2.            PAPER TAPE

Paper tape is a self- adhesive fibreglass tape used on plasterboard joints and in the construction of plasterboard partition walls, dry- lining and suspended ceiling systems.

1.3.            RESILIENT TAPE

Resilient tape is fixed under the galvanized steel tracks and studs in the construction of plasterboard partition walls and dry-linings. Resilient tape improves the acoustic insulation performance of walls by eliminating noise bridges.

1.4.            CORNER TAPE

Corner tape ensures the perpendicularity of corners in plasterboard partition walls, dry-lining and suspended ceiling systems, and increases resistance to impact.

2.       FIBERGLASS MESH

It is a glass fibre reinforcement mesh with high alkali resistance, weighing 160 gr/m2, which provides crack resistance by resisting the movements of cement based plaster on the surface it is applied. Available in three colour options.  Yellow (A quality), blue (E quality) and orange.

3.      SCREW

3.1.            SELF TAPPING SCREW

Self taping screw is used in construction of: Partition walls, by screwing plasterboard to both sides of galvanized metal studs. Dry-linings and suspended ceilings, by screwing plasterboard to one side of galvanized metal studs. Self-tapping screws are used for fixing galvanized metal studs with thicknesses ranging between 0.50 and 0.70 mm. It has four different size which are 25 mm – 38 mm – 45 mm, 55 mm and 70 mm lengths.

3.2.            SELF DRILLING SCREW

Self drilling screw is used in construction of: Partition wall by screwing plaster boards into both sides of galvanized profiles, Drywall lining and suspended ceiling by screwing plaster boards into one side of galvanized profiles. It is used for fixing galvanized profiles which is more thicker than 0,70 mm. Made of carbon steel. Coated with black phosphate against corrosion. It has four different size which are 25 mm – 35 mm – 45 mm and 55 mm.

3.3.            PULLER SCREW

In the double layer applications, the second layer tavan are fixed to the profiles and a tapered edge effect is achieved by fixing two from the places that does not fit the profile on the short edges, by using puller screw which is a special desing for plasterboards.

4.      DOWEL

4.1.            DOWEL – SCREW

Sets of Dowel-screws include plastic dowel and washer-head screws which are used for fixing galvanized metal studs to floors, ceilings and walls during construction of plasterboard systems. Dowel-screws are used for: Construction of plasterboard dry-linings. Dowel-screws consist of an 8 mm plastic insert and a 45 mm washer- head screw. Dowel-screws are used for fixing galvanized metal studs to floors, ceilings and walls.

3.4.            BRACKET SCREW

Bracket screws are used for fixing COREX brackets to ceiling C-studs in the construction of plasterboard dry-linings and suspended ceiling systems. Bracket screws are also used for fixing metal studs to other metal studs or accessories in all plasterboard applications.

4.2.            STEEL DOWEL

Steel-dowels are highly durable dowels which are used in the construction of suspended ceilings. Steel dowels are used for: Construction of plasterboard suspended ceilings. Steel dowels are made up of a 6×45 screw, casing, L-steel bar and a nut. Steel dowels are applied by fixing them to the existing floor.

4.3.            SELF SETTING TOGGLE ANCHOR

Self-setting toggle anchors is special dowels used for fixing paintings, racks, cabinets, radiators, etc. to plasterboard partition and dry-linings applications.

4.4.            SELF TAPPING ANCHOR

Self-tapping anchors are special dowels used for fixing paintings, racks, cabinets, radiators, etc. to plasterboard partition and dry-linings applications.

5.       ACCESS PANELS

For use in suspended ceiling, partition wall or sheathing wall applications. Access panels that can be easily opened and closed with a key and provide easy access to the mounting cavity in the wall or roof.

5.1.            SWITCH HINGED ACCESS PANEL

For use in suspended ceiling, partition wall or sheathing wall applications. Access panels that can be easily opened and closed with a key and provide easy access to the mounting cavity in the wall or roof.

5.2.             TOP FITTED ACCESS PANEL

In suspended ceiling applications, a hand-liftable overhead pass-through panel that provides easy access to the installation in the roof cavity.

6.      HANGER BAR

The hanger bar is passed through steel inserts and carries fast hangers. There are 7 types of this material and their lengths are 40,60,80,100,100,120,120,150 and 200 cm.

7.       CONNECTOR

Connector is used by attaching it to profile joints to attach the TC profiles with each other.

8.      BRACKET

Bracket is used instead of hanger bar and quick hanger in cases where there is a small distance be tween the existing covering and suspended ceiling in construction of suspended ceiling. Bracket is applied by fixing it to existingwall in construction of dry wall lining.

 9.       CLIPS

The clips are passed through the secondary profiles and crimped onto the main profiles, thus connecting the ceiling C profiles to each other.

10.  QUICK HANGER

Quick hanger is applied as hung to the suspension bar and carries main carrier TC profiles.

11.  DOUBLE SPRING

In suspended ceiling systems, it is the element that connects two suspension wires.
